As Concert Pianist
Tingting Wu, described as “a phenomenal pianist” by Maestro Gerard Schwarz and “a very talented pianist” by the legendary Santiago Rodriguez, is a concert pianist and the founder of ColorMusic — a unique and innovative concert series dedicated to redefining the experience of classical, film, and original music. Through the fusion of dynamic colored lighting, live piano solo performance, and storylines tailored to each piece, Tingting creates immersive, multi-sensory concerts that bridge music and visual storytelling, guiding audiences to reconnect with their emotions and imagination in a way that resonates with the modern world.
ColorMusic has already garnered significant acclaim. Its Grand Opening on December 27, 2024, in Brickell, Miami, was a sold-out success, with over 100 people on the waiting list. The second performance, on January 18, 2025, sold out again, drawing an even larger waitlist. The project has been featured in major media, including a full-color page in United Chinese News on January 2, 2025, and a personal artist interview in VoyageMiami, published on February 13, 2025.
As a highly respected concert pianist, Tingting was the only pianist invited to perform at both the 2024 Dragon Year and 2025 Snake Year Chinese New Year Galas, hosted by Miami Chinese TV Channel.
In 2023, she was also featured as the solo pianist in collaboration with Maestro Gerard Schwarz for the PBS musical television production Pictures at an Exhibition, which is being broadcast nationwide on over 220 PBS channels across the United States from 2024 to 2026.
